Hypnosis

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a perfectly natural and relaxing way of refocusing your mind using powerful positive thought and suggestive techniques to create lasting change in your life. Hypnosis can be simply defined as a heightened state of suggestibility.

It is used by many people for many reasons, for example to lose weight, improve performance and overcome phobias. It is a great way to build confidence and to clear the mind ready for an important life event. Indeed, many sports people use hypnotherapy to visualise their success whether on the tennis court or the running track.

Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis techniques to guide you to more health and happiness. There is no deep hidden secret to success – the mind is a powerful tool which when used properly can really achieve or overcome almost anything. Hypnosis simply helps to retrain the mind and use more of its unlimited power through positive suggestion.

Hypnosis is extremely relaxing and it is this state of open-mindedness and focused concentration which allows the mind to understand and accept the life-changing suggestions, leaving you invigorated, calm and confident.
